Delivery Coverage

Balaji Enterprises provides shipping services across India. We operate from three strategic hubs — Pune (Head Office), Mumbai, and Hyderabad — ensuring broad coverage across Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other major corporate zones. For orders in other regions, please contact us to confirm availability and delivery timelines.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM are typically processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Processing time may vary for bulk orders, custom-printed items, or products requiring special procurement. Our team will communicate any delays proactively.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

• Pune & Mumbai: 1–2 business days
• Hyderabad & South India: 2–3 business days
• Other Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Remote Locations: 5–7 business days

These are estimated timelines. Delivery may be affected by weather conditions, courier partner capacity, or regional restrictions.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive an order confirmation along with a tracking reference via email or SMS. You can track your order status through our procurement portal or by contacting our customer service team. For registered corporate clients, real-time delivery status is available through your dashboard.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery at the time of receipt. If any product appears to have damaged or tampered packaging, do not accept the delivery and notify our team immediately.

If items are missing from your order or products are found damaged after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for replacements or issue credit notes as applicable. Late claims beyond this window may not be entertained.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination. Corporate clients with active agreements may be eligible for free shipping on qualifying orders. Minimum order value requirements for free shipping vary by account type and are specified in your service agreement.
