Delivery Check

The customer shall ensure that the delivery of products is not accepted if the original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner. Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. In cases where colour is not specified in the order, the customer shall receive any colour which is in stock at the time of ordering; such variation cannot be treated as a ground for replacement or return.

Return & Replacement Window

Products purchased can be Returned or Replaced within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date if the product delivered is found to be damaged, defective, or expired. To initiate a return or replacement:

a) Place a “Return Order” or “Replacement Order” request on our portal.

Returns or replacements will be entertained only once per order.

Return Process

Balaji Enterprises will arrange pickup of the returned products at no additional cost to the customer. The customer must:

• Return the product completely in the same condition as received.
• Include all accessories, booklets, freebies, and original packaging.
• Ensure there are no signs of external damage on the carton.

At the time of pickup, the customer will receive an acknowledgement from the courier. Please retain this for all future communications regarding the return.

Refund Timeline

Any replacement will be processed only where the product is available. In all other cases, the customer will be provided with a full refund including any shipping charges actually paid.

Balaji Enterprises endeavours to initiate eligible refunds or credit notes within 15 business days of receipt of the returned products. The approved refund amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account, credit card, or debit card, subject to the processing timelines of banking channels.

Defects After Delivery

In case of any defect arising after delivery or after demo/installation, such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer or brand in accordance with their warranty terms.

If any free gift or item included with an order is found defective, Balaji Enterprises shall arrange for the replacement of the free item only; the main product shall not be replaced. If the free item is unavailable, both the main product and the free item will be taken back and an eligible refund will be processed.

Order Cancellation

An order can be requested for cancellation before it is dispatched for delivery by placing a “Cancel Order” request on our portal, calling our Customer Care at +91 9823 75 1213, or emailing sanjay@balajihub.com.

Balaji Enterprises reserves the right to reject a cancellation request based on the product category, whether products are proprietary or customised, or whether significant costs have been incurred. If the cancellation is approved and payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy above.
